Jason Teoh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex University, London. He possess over 10 years of experience in education industry, fashion retailing, factory operations and hospitality services. Over the years he held several positions as Marketing Executive, Area Manager, Head of Internal Audit and Human Resource Manager.

He specializes in Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Teambuilding, Change Management and Training Needs Analysis. He was extensively trained in jungle survival, disaster relief and disaster management. He has also served in the Civil Defence Corp.

Over the years he has conducted several workshops and customised programs in Team Dynamics, Organisational Behaviour, Performance Management, Training Needs, Team Dynamics Camps, outdoor events and expeditions for corporates and organisations.

He has also facilitator in public workshops and forums in topics like “Thinking out of the Box”, Organisational Behaviour, Performance Management, Training Needs, Customer Service, Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills.

He is currently the Human Resource Manager of Paradise Sandy Beach Resort with a staff strength of 180 employees. He gives career talks in several private colleges in Penang as well as in Kuala Lumpur.

He regularly attends the River of Life Sanctuary in Segambut KL and the sister church, Tabernacle of Worship in Penang. Loves dogs and a defender of the Rottweiler breed.
